It was an honor to be joined by HHS Secretary Alex Azar (right), shown here speaking beforehand with me and Tony Fauci (left), director of NIH’s National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases. The Secretary provided opening remarks on the President’s initiative Ending the HIV Epidemic: A Plan for America.
