Causes are (1) Cancer, cardiovascular disease, and other non-communicable diseases; (2) accidents and injuries; (3) maternal, perinatal, nutritional conditions; (4) other infectious diseases; (5) HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis, malaria. Graph of years 2004, 2015, 2030 show a slight increase in total deaths, with (1) doubling, (2) doubling, (3) decreasing by half, (4) decreasing by half; (5) decreasing by half.
