The NIH Director’s band, aka “ARRA” (Affordable Rock’n’ Roll Act) performed at lunchtime under the canopy of the NIH Clinical Center’s South Lobby on June 12, 2018. Here, we get some vocal assistance from John Burklow (middle), associate director for Communications and Public Liaison.
